ABS is a strong, impact-resistant engineering plastic widely used in automotive parts, enclosures, and toys (like LEGO). It requires good ventilation when printing (releases fumes when heated) and benefits from an enclosed printer to reduce warping. - Print Temperature: 230–270°C. - Bed Temperature: 90–110°C. - Density: 1.04 g/cm³. - Tensile Strength: 43 MPa. - Elongation at Break: 22%. - Impact Strength (IZOD): 19 kJ/m² (high impact resistance). - Heat Distortion Temp: 78°C. - Best for: Impact-resistant parts, enclosures, automotive parts, functional prototypes.
